Life, Anxiety, Pokemon

Two steps forward, three steps back?
That is what it feels like living with anxiety at times. You start the day hopeful and some days you succeed, others you flounder, flopping like a giant Magikarp on the floor.

You feel like you are on top of it all, then it can hit you,

My advice: breathe, have a day, success is not measured by others, but by the fact that you took a step today, breathed, ate, drank some water like a boss.

This blog is a journey for me, I will be bouncing between today and the past, going where the words and feels lead me.  I encourage everyone to do the same...
